Castilla La Mancha: The vast, high and dry plains of Castilla la Mancha comprise over 50% of Spain’s vineyards. The ancient soils and high altitude ensures the richly flavoured fruit maintains structure and tannin. Vineyards planted on the slopes of mountain ranges in the north and northeast add elegance to the wines.
The wine offers classic Garnacha flavours with red fruit and a hint of spice. It’s medium-bodied with smooth tannins and refreshing acidity and proves great with dishes like chorizo and chicken paella.

Equally lovely on the palate with a satin texture and fine tannins, medium+ acidity carries all the flavours of red fruits and spices suggested in the bouquet.
