2011, this legacy blossomed when three cousins, Elise Clerfeuille, Francesca, and Maria Cavallo, fulfilled their shared dream of establishing their own winery. The Lifili Salice Salentino is an aromatic red wine from Italy that impresses with a deep ruby red colour in the glass. It impresses with its intense scent of cherries and nuances of plums and has a slightly spicy taste of Mediterranean herbs. These harmonise skilfully with the nuances of red fruits. On the palate, the red wine shows a good structure, a full body and a pleasant freshness on the finish. It is equally enjoyable on its own or as a meal companion. This wine allows you to fully immerse yourself in the opulence of southern Italy, the power of the sun and the velvetyness of the fruit. It’s an excellent semi-dry Lifili Salice Salentino made from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. We recommend it with dishes with red meat or savoury cheese.
