Dolin Blanc Martini
2 ounces Portobello Road Navy Strength Gin
1.5 ounces Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Optional, (not essential): 4 – 6 drops of rose water, 4 dashes of Moroccan Bitters
Lemon peel for garnish
Directions
- Using a bar spoon, stir everything with ice until well chilled and diluted in a mixing glass, usually vigorously for a solid 20 seconds or more.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
