A classic, rich Cab Sauv with a dark purple colour and expressive aromas of black cherry and spice. On the palate the wine is intense, luscious and full-bodied with a rich core of berry flavours. There’s hints of spice and vanilla in its long, harmonious finish. Makes an excellent accompaniment to beer, lamb, venison and most cheeses.
Produced from grapes grown in California’s Paso Robles growing region. Here, the local mountain range helps create a climate which provides ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with hot summer days and cool nights.
