This wine offers a range of aromas including lemon zest, red apple and brioche. The palate is elegant with a good concentration of fruit flavours, soft texture and a lovely balance of fresh acidity. This is a beautiful and pure expression of chardonnay highlighting the variety’s natural fruit characters unencumbered by new oak.
The bulk of this wine was wild fermented in stainless tanks, although this year we included a larger than normal component of the Mendoza clone fermented in old French barriques (30%). The wine then underwent partial malolactic fermentation, softening the overall acidity. The tank component was lees stirred weekly and all three components spent six months on yeast lees.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
