Tini Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT 2019. This Sicilian Syrah wine boasts a highly concentrated ruby red colour with violet undertones. It exudes the classic scents of a Sicilian Syrah, featuring intense notes of blackberry and cherry, harmoniously intertwined with an array of spices, black pepper, licorice, and cloves. This juicy and full-bodied wine offers a smooth, elegant, and remarkably persistent fruitiness. Castle Rock Paso Robles Petite Sirah 2019. This fruity wine, deep purple in colour, blends blueberry and ripe cherry flavours with moderate tannins and a lingering finish. It pairs well with beer, game, spicy grills, or charbroiled meats. Sourced from Paso Robles in California, where the Santa Lucia Mountains create an ideal climate, Castle Rock Winery has been producing high-quality, affordable wines since 1994. They collaborate with around 40 renowned grape growers known for their expertise and consistency.

San Sebastião Syrah 2018. You don’t often see Syrah fermented in stainless steel, but that’s exactly what San Sebastião has done with this wine! Skipping the oak means this wine’s ripe fruit character isn’t masked by anything and is on full display.
Their 2018 red blend is made from a mix of Syrah and Tinta Roriz, which has resulted in a rich, dark wine brimming with fruit. There are notes of dried black fruit and ripe cherry, with mushroom and forest floor undertones. Drink it now or over the next few years.
