Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2018 (Argentina) Totally opaque inky black at its core with a deep dark red black hue. Alluring scents of dark to black cherry, liquorice, blackcurrant and blueberry sail through the nostrils with some scorched earth, dried herb and spicy cedar notes also evident. Deeply fruited yet also refined and structured the palate is awash with black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice flavours with a mixture of dried herbs, scorched earth, black olive and spicy cedar lying underneath. Sturdy tannins impart definition. Finishes with a long, spicy darked fruited aftertaste.
